Some drones have the ability to shoot vertical images, but my DJI Air 2S does not. To compensate for this, I have a pano feature that automatically stitches three images together. What I don't like about this is that the composite comes out too long and narrow for my taste. So, in order to create this vertical image of Vestrahorn Mountain in Iceland which has a 2 x 3 ratio, I took two horizontal images: First, I captured the rivulets of water running through the black lava sand in which the drone's camera was pointed downward, and second, I took a shot of the mountain with the camera shooting parallel with the ground. In Photoshop, I blended the two images with a layer mask and the gradient tool. Finally, to add more contrast and more punch to the pattern in the black sand, in Adobe Camera Raw I used the clarity, dehaze, contrast, and vibrance sliders. Finally, I replaced the original bland sky with one that had some color. My settings for the two images were 1/000, f/2.8, and 200 ISO.
