Crater lake

This is a remarkable volcanic crater in the Highlands of Iceland. The red color indicates iron oxides present in the rocks. This shot was taken from my DJI Air 3S drone which was hovering above the crater 1 1/2 miles from my shooting position at an elevation of 400 feet. I was using the 24mm equivalent lens. The camera settings were 1/1000, f/1.8, and 100 ISO. There were low clouds surrounding the crater which I avoided because I was concerned about losing visibility and possibly getting water drops on the drone's camera. In post-processing, I applied contrast, clarity, a small amount of vibrance, and I used the shadows slider to lighten the darker detail.
