Impala pals

On an Africa safari, most photographers are not excited by impala. Everyone wants to shoot the cats, elephants, rhinos, etc. But impala have their own beauty, and when they interact with each other it can be endearing. I took this shot in Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve with a 100-500mm telephotos at 371mm, and the settings were 1/800, f/10, and 640 ISO. When I was shooting film, I was limited by 100 ISO with Fujichrome Provia. It's amazing that now we use such high ISO settings without even thinking about it.
