Jim's teaching style is all about helping you achieve the ultimate in creative photography using Photoshop's remarkable tools. In this workshop, Jim starts at the beginning, assuming you know nothing, and he shares his workflow with you, suggests how to setup your palettes for maximum efficiency, and talks about how to process RAW files. He then delves into the heart of the creative process -- understanding layers, channels, selections, compositing images, replacing the skies, blend modes, and solving photographic problems within Photoshop. In addition, Jim shares with you his favorite plugins, shows you how to turn photos into paintings, and he gives you the confidence that with photography, anything is possible.

Jim will answer questions any time during the presentation. You can even send him photos you'd like to work on and ask his advice as to which tools to use to create the effect you want, and how to solve a particular photographic problem with Photoshop. There will be homework assignments and critiques on submitted work. Take this opportunity to learn from a master of creative photography.
