For many years I conducted photo tours to southern France where my groups photographed the white horses of the Camargue. The 'Camargue' is a marshy region where these beautiful horses lived for thousands of years. The Romans knew these horses, and whenever you see a painting of Napoleon rearing on a white horse, it's this particular breed. This photograph shows two stallions sparing at the edge of a marsh in early morning light. The original sky was solid blue so I replaced it with dynamic clouds. I used a 24-105mm lens set to 80mm, and the settings were 1/1250, f/11, and 2000 ISO.
