Lion portrait in gold filigree

I haven’t posted an AI image for a while, so I wanted to share this image with you because I think it’s truly amazing. At this point, I’ve created about 17,000 images in AI using the online software, Midjourney. It continues to fascinate me with all the creative possibilities. As I’ve written in the past, I don’t care how I get pictures – a camera, a projection of my mind, AI, Photoshop, throwing paint onto a canvas or projecting a translucent subject onto photographic paper in the darkroom. I love making images, period. The prompts I used for this portrait were: “A portrait of a male lion with a large, mature mane done in gold filigree against a dark background and with studio lighting..” Tomorrow I’ll post a picture made in the darkroom without a camera. Ironically, it’s still considered a photograph.
