This is a margay, an arboreal jungle cat whose range is Central and South America. I was able to get this picture because I met an American living in Costa Rica who left food out every morning to attract this wild cat to his property. Two or three times a week, just after dawn, the margay would take advantage of the offerings. I took this picture just before I went digital; my film camera was the Mamiya RZ 67. I used a 350mm lens (equivalent to a 200mm focal length in the full frame digital format). I remember the camera settings because I wasn't happy using such a slow shutter speed, but I had not choice given the low light level and the low film speed: 1/30, f/5.6, and 100 ISO with Fujicrhome Provia 100 transparency film.
