Singapore by night

I am in Singapore now, and this is the remarkable Marina Bay Sands Hotel. I took this picture from a balcony on the 63rd floor of the Swissotel. I bring my group to this particular hotel specifically for the great view of the Marina Bay Sands as well as the city skyline which is just out of the frame. For maximum quality, I should have used a tripod. Cameras are so good now, however, and we have such great post-processing software to deal with noise that I felt it wasn’t necessary. The settings were 1/80, f/4, and 2500 ISO. Three quarters of the cantilevered horizontal structure on the top of the building is an infinity pool on the 57th floor. Tomorrow, my group will stay in the Marina Bay Sands for more incredible views of Singapore.
